Ham and lentil stew cooking in the crockpot at home! Right now I'm eating lunch, which is a concoction I made to get rid of a few things that were about to go bad... it's barley, red wine, celery, onion, golden raisins, and apples cooked in the crockpot with a bayleaf and some salt and pepper. Turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself!
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

It's reasonable warm (40) so I shoveled off the deck and we're having...

Grilled Steak Salads with fried onion strings
    Steakhouse rolls
    Carrot Cake for dessert
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

Last night I went to the India Bistro here in North Seattle, got my favorite dish: curried mussels. Oh, the curry is full of garlic and turmeric and lots of other spices. It was divine!

That sounds good, I was actually leaning that way. Sweet potatoes, green beans and carrots in little ' birds nests'.
