The 3 for 1 rule will stimulate the economy, so I wholeheartedly support it. I would not necessarily participate though...

*shrug* We often do a meatless day each week but it's never a specific day. Portabello mushrooms stopped any complaining from my meatloving ENFJ or male children.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

I don't really eat meat, other than seafood, anyways.

Can't support anything that restricts meat during the week. If I want meat, I'll have it.

I might do it, but it wouldn't be any particular day of the week and would only be for health reasons, not some environmental nonsense.

To all the people picking on the designated schedule of application: you are missing the point.

How funny, I just ate this the other day. I'm not very good at making quinoa yet because it's new to my diet. Both kale and quinoa are very low in oxalate so it's great for people (like me) who form oxalate kidney stones.

Quinoa is extra tasty if you cook it with chicken broth and a squirt or two of lemon juice. It goes with all kinds of things, and if you like spices, it tastes excellent with duqqa or morrocan spices. It also is really good with anything that you would put in fried rice. My aunt uses quinoa as filler in meat loaf instead of oatmeal or something like that.

I wanted to like kale, but it tastes bad. If you discover a way to improve it, let me know.
