    Default recipes using beef broth

so I have a 3/4th full can of beef broth, and I needs to be used but I can't think what to make. I'll cut the recipe to fit what i have.

I like to stick broth in the rice cooker instead of water for making rice sometimes.

Broth is also very good for more than soup bases -- nearly anything you stick water in in a recipe can replaced with broth to add flavor to meats and general cooking. The only problem with it is it's very high in sodium (im surprised it's liquid at all, and not just a can of salt sometimes) but besides that it's a great, low-calorie additive.

That's a really good idea! I have some beef broth now, too -- well, vegan "beef" broth -- and was wondering what to do with it. I love french onion soup, perfect call.

And thanks prpl for posting this thread so I didn't have to.
