Skin 3 kiwi, blend.

Small Pot:
  • 8tbsp (stick) of unsalted butter
  • 3/4cup demerara sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • blended fruit

Melt the butter over low, whisk in the sugar, then whisk in the two eggs, then whisk in the fruit.

Mixing Bowl:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2tbsp ground flax (for a smattering of hearty-healthy omega-3s)
  • dash o'salt
  • dash o'baking power

Combine and stir the contents of the pot into the bowl. Preheat over to 350F. Apply some no-stick to a bread tin and pour in the concoction. If the batter puts up a little bit of a fight at the end, and if the last glop that falls into the tin doesn't quite 'liquify' into the rest right away, you have the optimal consistency.

If you have that consistency, cook at 350F for 65minutes.

If it seems a bit more liquidy, cook at 325F for 75-80minutes.
