I am somewhat ashamed to admit I ate peanut butter out of the jar for breakfast today...

:sadbanana:

I am just really not a morning person.

I had a dream that my dad was making this, I haven't actually tried it, but I plan to

1 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into really small pieces
1/3 c pineapple juice
2.5 TBS soy sauce
1/8th tsp ginger as much as a 1/4th
1 red bell pepper diced
diced pineapple (probably not a whole pineapple)
combine juice, soy sauce, and ginger put chicken in and marinade for at least 30 mins
heat wok/skillet with a little bit of oil stir fry chicken, peppers, and pineapple til cooked

put left over marinade in a small sauce pan over medium low heat reduce to a fourth

make rice

put chicken and sauce over rice eat.

I have no clue how this is going to taste I'll make it tonight for dinner and report back

Last night I made:
Belgian waffles
a whole package of bacon
in which i fried shredded hashbrowns in the bacon grease and added some cheddar jack cheese (these were perfectly seasoned that adding ketchup would've ruined them)

I didn't think there was going to be enough waffles as it turns out one packet of mix makes 3 waffles (and there's 4 of us) but I forgot that most people only eat half a waffle as they're so big.

I just had a most delicious and juicy salad: big bowl of green lettuce loaded with tons of fruit (strawberries and grapes), topped with scallions and parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, a good dose of olive oil, and S&P. If I still had some roasted sunflower seeds I would have probably sprinkled some of those on there too.

Already had dinner a few hours ago, got back from working out wanting some fruit/hydrating food... this really did the trick!

Pho....nothing is better in winter. The stock is cooking as we speak. I love that aroma of meat, cinnamon and star anise. It's warm and fragrant and fresh all at once. I am salivating....time for yoga while I wait.
