Tarragon chicken, with rice and broccoli.
A cry of defiance, and not of fear,
A voice in the darkness, a knock at the door, and a word that shall echo for evermore!
For, borne on the night-wind of the Past, through all our history, to the last,
In the hour of darkness and peril and need, the people will waken and listen to hear

The most nutritious meal that I could manage to "cook" while also suffering from whatever damn cold/flu thing is going around (upper respiratory stuff, fever, weakness, aches and pains):

    - Toasted english muffin with peanut butter
    - Banana
    - Glass of orange juice
    - Cup of tea

coconut cupcakes with chocolate icing, completely dairy free used margarine and coconut milk instead of butter and milk.

the icing tastes exactly like fudge. which we all know is butter milk and chocolate so it's impressive that it contains no dairy and tastes like that.

This is the kind of thing I am talking about @geedoenfj. Getting a lot of influence today from your side of the world The wine is for the recipe technically...but I might be tasting it to make sure it's ok

Not pretty sure what that is, I assume it is something Syrian or Lebanese they have a good variety of salads in there, it seems yummy maybe you can tell me what the ingredients are
