not as impressive as others on here, but I made oatmeal with peanutbutter and nutella. oh and the peanutbutter was extra chunky so their's bits of peanuts so good.

Potato Chowder/Soup....it was a little bland because I forgot the prosciutto, got the wrong kind of chicken stock, and didn’t have enough cumin. BUMMER! Its usually to die for :(

Nothing special tonight. Pasta carbonnara. I've got to use bacon because I can't find/too lazy to look for a good pancetta.

Maybe a rose champagne with it...not sure.

Penne with Italian sausage, onions, Cannellini beans, tomato puree, garlic, Italian spices, and torn fresh basil at the very end. Salad, crusty hot bread, and grated Pecorino-Romano on the side.
