    Buttermilk pancakes from Cooks Illustrated. The maple syrup helped but pancakes are kind of bland and this recipe is no exception. It is fluffy and light but not very tasty without syrup and butter.
    It's important to thumbs down all your favorite Youtube videos. You don't want these artists to get big heads and start producing subpar material.
