Onion jerky. Made out of sliced and pureed onions, sunflower seeds, ground flaxseed, and wheat-free soy sauce (tamari) dehydrated until chewy.

    Default Attempt at soup

    Before

Potato, turnip, carrots, onion, cabbage, eggplant.

    After

Little bit pepper strong and fennel intense. I'd rate it a 7/10. Not bad for a first attempt. /modest

Something akin to Carrabba's Tag Pic Pac.

    Basically:

Julienne cut zucchini sauteed in a pan with sliced garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and tomato sauce. Then angel hair pasta cooked and then lightly sauteed with the vegetables for a couple of mins.

I made fat free brownies for the man... I am suspicious of them, having been raised in an area where fat free was equated with cardboard

Sautéed Korean Twist Peppers in soy sauce, with sesame oil, anchovies, and garlic. Served with calrose rice, a simple but tastey meal .
