If you have a Walgreens near you, there is a sale for 99 toothpaste name brand. Just find the easy saver coupon (small booklet) at the front of the store.

I feel so ESFP now.

I don't really make a list. Mostly, I wander around until something catches my eye (always the same stuff, though). Sometimes I'll take a recipe book with me.

kale
romaine lettuce
butter lettuce
dandelion greens
red onions
prunes
raw guacamole
soy milk
sweet potatoes
avocados
garlic
fizzy water
LARA bars: pecan, coconut, and cashew... sometimes peanut
almonds
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
fruits: any/all, but especially pineapple, tangerines, and berries
agave syrup
olive/canola oil
red wine vinegar
raw chips/prepared snacks (if i pretend to not see the price)
bagged beans/rice
vanilla beans
olives
cilantro
etc.

The only things I usually buy are...

honey
grapefruit
irish breakfast tea
half & half

and sometimes those really small red potatoes -- i make killer mashed potatoes

I'm not much of a shopper. I haven't much of an appetite, so I'm no good at the store

I don't make lists unless I have a specific recipe in mind and fear I'll forget to buy one of the ingredients if I don't make a list (ha), but here's what I typically buy or stock up on if I don't currently have it -

Red or green leafy lettuce
Onions
Italian parsley
sometimes spinich
Broccoli
Carrots
(Zucchini or asparagus or brussels sprouts if they look good)
Green pepper
Red lentils
Potatoes
Rice (white and basmati)
Canned diced tomatoes
Tomato sauce/tomato paste
Pasta (spaghetti and sometimes a spinich fettucinne)
Peanut butter (all natural, just peanut butter and oil)
Jam
Bread
Cheerios (plain)
Dark chocolate bars with raspberries ('Endangered' brand...yummy)
Skim Milk
OJ
Plain yogurt
Eggs
Chicken breasts, ground beef, or pork chops -depends what I'm making

And stay stocked up on Assam tea ;-)
Sometimes Pillsbury lowfat cinnamon rolls in the can...yummy...my indulgence. ;-)
Sometimes jarlsburg cheese. Yum.

(and olive oil, spices, flour, sugar, butter, etc are stuff I also keep stocked for cooking or baking)

The stove top in the kitchen gets rained on cause I leave the window open and haven't been in there in a while.

The only things that I think appear on our grocery list regularly are:

Diet cola
Bread
Mustard
Ketchup
Cheese
Ham
Jimmy Dean Griddle Cake Sandwiches
Austin Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter

And then, sometimes these things:

Fritos
Tostitos
Doritos
Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies

Oh, I imagine there's lots of household stuff too, like lightbulbs, batteries, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other stuff... but I don't really notice those things.

I'm not a list person either. My ISFJ mom and ESFJ friend are list mad! They're constantly telling me to write things down but I refuse. It's just not how I operate.
