The Cat If you wanna know how I keep it from spoiling, I generally plan a weeks worth of meals at a time.

Blueberries+greek yogurt is breakfast, as well as 2 eggs, and 2 peices of bacon (or sausage). One container of greek yogurt lasts a week if you use a 1/4th cup plus a handful of berries each time. Milk also generally goes with breakfast, or soups.

Zucchini, bell pepper, and mushroom are generally used in one day. I usually buy two zucchini, 2 green bell peppers, and a pack of bella mushrooms. I generally fry or bake them as well depending on what I make with them. I go for "potential". than actual dishes in mind.

Snacker tomatos I also use in breakfast. I cut them in half (they are slightly bigger than cherry and come in colors) and fry them in the skillet along side the bacon and eggs cut side down. Just enough to heat them up. They add a little zest to bacon and eggs.

Shallots can literally go with anything. They can go with zucchini, soup, steak, other veggies etc. They are the best thing ever to add, only 2nd to garlic. Garlic also goes with everything, especially green beans.

Cabbage and kelbasa is a dinner I just like, so they always go together.

Snap peas, like the green beans and zucchini, are paired with whatever meat I decide to have with dinner. I usually throw them into a salad with kale, spring mix, baby spinach, and peacans+blueberries. Topped with some vinaigrette. Maybe some grated cheese on top.

Salmon and fish in general is one of my favorite meats to eat for dinner. I usually pan fry it with thyme, butter, and sea salt. Maybe splash on some lemon juice.

Chicken thighs I just fry with salt and pepper, sometimes poultry seasoning or thyme.

I use stew beef in stew, and shaved beef in Asian cooking.

NYStrips are just that, really nice steaks. I pan sear with butter, garlic, thyme, and rosemary in a cast iron skillet.

Pork loin is either eaten like you would a roast, or I make it asian style where I thinly slice it and pan fry it into a stir fry. Usually paired with veggies like broccoli, zucchini, or on rice. It also makes a great ramen topper, or I turn it into char siu (chinese bbq pork and seeds).

Eggs, bacon and sausage are just breakfast stuff. I am on the keto diet, so thats like my go to for the start of my day. Usually with a glass of milk.

Broth is for stew, as well as a simmering liquid.

If I make tofu, its almost always Asian style. I generally make bolgogi or age dashi with it. I totally recommend age dashi if you like tofu! It's my favorite way to enjoy it.

I just love oranges, they are one of my favorite fruits.

Almost everything else is seasoning/flavour, or accompanying side dish that doesn't go bad.

Tomato paste in a tube is one of the best inventions.

I'm almost completely restocked after moving. I've been buying more organics and they can be pricey so I found a bulk co-op. The nice thing is you can buy in bulk or you can buy normal sized items (5lb bags of sugar or glass jars of spices), you just have to pick it up where you have a delivery site in your area.

I'm skipping the Oct pickup so I'll be adding more.
