    Here in Africa

    - Dried fruits (pineapple, figs, dates, and mangoes)
    - Granola bars
    - Chocolate treats
    - Muscle Milk protein supplement

... This is to be my lunches for an entire month. A few pieces of fruit, a shake, and some granola to keep my tummy from grumbling too hard.
