Yep, that's what I do. Two man sized teenage boy and a not small DH, I spend a large part of my life cooking or getting groceries. When they are all gone I am considering getting a cooks job for the army since I am so used to cooking in bulk.

I don't even want to talk about steaks.....

    a whole chicken or two
2 5 pound bags of chicken breasts
    2-3 pounds of butter
a gallon of milk (very few days)
    A gallon of ice cream
2-3 boxes of ice cream treats
    3 dozen eggs
6-8 pounds assorted cheese, mostly block
    4-6 frozen pizzas
a huge bag of pizza rolls
a few random frozen food items (corn dogs, burritos, chicken nuggets etc.)
    2-5 bags of frozen vegetables
    a head of lettuce
    a big bag of carrots
    several bell peppers
    2-3 pounds fresh tomatoes
    bag of oranges
    tangerines in they look good
bag of apples, whatever type looks best
    4-6 cloves of garlic
    sundried tomatoes
    celery
2 bags ready cut salad mix
random fresh veggies for whatever I feel like making
2-3 different types of fresh bread
    2 loaves sliced bread
3-4 cans of whole stewed tomatoes
2 large cans of tomato paste
a big jar of spaghetti sauce
    4 pounds of assorted pasta

    about 2 dozen ramen noodles
    about a dozen easy macs
about 2 dozen cans of assorted easy foods (spaghettios, chili etc.)
bulk olive oil (about a gallon)
    5 pounds flour
    3 pounds sugar
    2 bags powdered
    2 bags brown sugar
    yeast if necessary
random spices and baking needs depending on what I plans on baking that week
    3-4 large boxes or cereal
    2 large bags cat food
    5 gallons of cat litter
any plastic bags, tin foil plastic wrap, light bulbs etc.
    12 bottles of V8 splash

3 large bags of chips, mostly tortilla
    Half gallon of salsa
the giant packs of toilet paper
an 8 pack of paper towels
    aspirin, vitamins, allergy pills etc.

That is a standard trip. Teenagers suck.
I could not agree more and other than the meat, it looks like mine (ESPECIALLY the pizza rolls, I think they come standard with teen boys). 3 boys and 1 girl, three of them teens. The killer is lunch meat/cold cuts and cheese. Seriously, it's like $40 worth every time I shop.
I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.
