    Here's mine when I'm away from home, typically:

    -eggs
    -bread
    -orange juice, pure (x3)
    -cheese
    -cereals
    -energy drinks (e.g. lucozade)
    -milk
    -poultry
    -tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, onion
    -uncle ben's rice
    -tuna
    -margarine
    -herbs, and spices

    I know, I'm a simple one.

    no fat yogurt cup things

    leaf lettuce
    raisins
    low fat salad dressing
    mixed nuts
    chicken breast
    potatoes
    low sodium v8
    those healthy premade dinner boxes
    steak on occasion

    i posted my list in the handwriting thread. here it is. i forgot to take it to the shop and had to wing it. i forgot the light globes and bought loads of other stuff instead. at least i remembered where i parked my car.
