Yes, that was also in MBTI Today. I must say that my exercise style when I am motivated to exercise most resembles the autistic state of Ni.
Oh, wait, I do repetitive exercises quite regularly -- shouldn't wacking off (choking the bishop, shaving the carrot, or saying "Hi!" to my monster) count?
