    What distribution works for you? I always did about 35% protein 35% carbs 30% fat, but lately I've aimed for 50%-65% protein, less than 70g carbs (about 18-20%), with the remainder going towards fat intake. It has made plyos a little rougher, but the definition I'm getting is much better.

    Since I'm more focused on weight loss, I just try and make sure my carbs are less than 100g. My protein I try to reach for is around 80g (which is a lot harder when you don't eat meat very often). I don't bother with fat. I love fat, I know I will eat enough of it.
