The X Effect Challenge

A buddy has asked me to commit to this challenge alongside him to help motivate and I agreed. Here's an archived subreddit post on it:

I want to join in on this. Discipline is something I really need in my life right now. I'll post my card when I make it!

Given the personal nature of some people's challenges, I'm thinking this might better belong in the Support and Advice channel. I don't want trolls mocking other user's goals and discouraging participation.
