My lips get chapped/I pick at them so it's like it works and it doesn't for me. IDK. I just fidget a lot

I use blistex a lot and I like that. Burt's Bees is okay/kind of drying for me.

Maybe get a ring, or a fidget toy, or pen/pencil so you can fidget with instead of your lips.

Dry lips are a sure sign that I am dehydrated. I exfoliate, then use a natural oil (like jojoba or whatever I have on hand, for some reason I really like rosehip oil), then after that has absorbed, I used an all natural lip balm to seal moisture in.

I'm always dehydrated then, but my pee is clear...
