The life logging movement

Does anyone have any interest in discussing the life logging movement?

I have only heard about this lately in reading a book called the wellness syndrome which was pretty critical of the trend, suggesting that it renders everyone a neo-liberal agent and saddles them with an obligatory biomorality.

That criticism was sort of interesting and I suppose its good to have a critical appraisal of anything you're interested in for the sake of balance.

I'm interested in any opinion pro or contra, also if anyone uses apps or devices which life track.

Also the life tracking itself, how much is too much? How much is too little? Is it good to optimise productivity or are just transforming yourself into some sort of robot?
