    Default Crap...torn ligaments.

    I have somehow managed to tear or pull an ingruinal ligament. Not fun, not at all. I can't do a cescent kick, round house or drop kick without a major ouch factor. I hate sports injuries.

    Thank you. It would heal faster if I would stay off it, but I have a hard time doing that.

    Ouch is right. It is getting better, just takes time. I can still teach, just can't do all the moves which is aggravating.
