Hi everyone. This is Jordan Mathew. My age is 25 and I am from New York. Since last three months I feel a little abnormal as soon as I am out of my house. Whenever I feel nervous there is some kid of random effects on my stomach internally. In addition, all my body muscles tightens and I notice dizziness in conjunction to it. Also my pulse rate(heartbeat) keeps on going up and down. I completely get disturbed mentally as well as physically. Due to which I frequently go through the trouble of acidity. So I am literally confused what problem am I actually going through. :(:(:(:(:(:unsure::unsure::unsure:

You should talk to a doctor. Hope you get it worked out!

I would probably start with my primary care physician. See who they refer you to.

It could be anxiety or it could be blood pressure i'm not a doctor, so you should go to an actually one, and if he's competent he will rule in or out blood pressure first since that's an easy thing to track
