    Stretch and a little cardio without weights -> Small weights to train smaller muscles(do stuff that you cant do with heavier weights), speed, little cardio(you could for example jump rope with small weights on your hands) and warm up -> Stretch a little and do some cardio without weights -> Lift heavier weights that you would normally do -> smaller weights again for stuff mentioned earlier -> Stretch.
