Ok, I've been wondering about those times when we lose our patience with people and situations which make us irrationally fearful, angry and aback but they are actually harmless when analyzed later.
In those times when OCD-like thoughts flood our minds to hate people and situations that belong to something that is different to our view. We try to block those thoughts, but not so quickly to stop us from acting out on them.
I'm looking for exercises to help overcoming that.
