Hey everyone,

I was thinking about maybe joining a Tao Yoga class that is free that a person can join and it's every Thursday evening. I like yoga (though I thought there was only one style) and think there is some truth about balance and chakras and things of that nature. But I'm skeptical about doing it with an instructor. I tried researching it on google and yahoo, but I'm not happy with just wikipedia giving me an answer. Anyways, does anyone else know anything about it?

Hmmm, I'm not going to be able to help you with your actual question, but having done some "hatha" style yoga - I don't know what that means, exactly, but apparently it means something important - I will say that I HATE IT VERY MUCH.

Tai Chi is my thing, so no, but youtube is the best place to get information about a specific style, second only to actually doing it.

If it's free, go and try it, if you like it then it's good, if you don't nothing has been lost.
