Pretty sure because breasts are held in place by flimsy connective tissue- not muscle- it's been concluded that there's no particular exercise one can do to reverse drooping. These tissues eventually lose elasticity over time, there's not a lot that can be done about it, non-surgically.

@fidelia makes a good point. Google ''The Normal Breast Gallery.'' I showed this to a friend of mine, to get her to embrace her A's & quit complaining over imagined inadequacy.

I like to rock n' roll all night and *part* of every day. I usually have errands... I can only rock from like 1-3.

Exercises can only firm up pectoral muscles on the chest which helps slightly, but doesn't deal with skin/connective tissue/aging issues which creates most of the sag and dangleyness.

I've heard men have similar problems as they age. I wonder if wearing boxers your whole life is kind of the male equivalent of going braless when you need support, to your own saggy detriment in later years....

Sadly, there are no published medical studies that show that bras prevent sagging in any way either ...

I looked over to the left picture...it's so true!

As for surgical repair, don't most surgeons recommend implants when you get a lift?

The correct terminology is labial hypertrophy, sir.
