Because of a first-time user special I've recently joined a yoga studio just down the street from my apartment (if you've never been to a yoga studio, just imagine a peaceful, quiet oasis in the middle of a loud, irritating city).

Anyway, I've since fallen absolutely in love with yoga. I have trouble keeping still/focused/relaxed normally, but since starting I've developed a more mentally centred mindset. Not to mention, I have arthritis and it's the BEST my body's felt in a very, very long time.

So I want to open the floor for some serious appreciating. Just let it all out. Go ahead! I give you full permission to gush.

I love yoga, too! I'm too broke to join a studio right now, but I'd do it in a heartbeat if I could. There's a free once-a-week yoga class for faculty at my school, and I have a bunch of yoga workouts on my netflix instant queue, too.
