If you remember, I was whining a looong time ago about shoulder pain.

It turns out I was actually not imagining things.

I'm too afraid of going to yoga classes with such an injury, but I would like to continue at home. Any suggestions on poses or modifications? We must keep in mind that I am piteously weak aside from the injury also.

Tai Chi should put no pressure on your shoulder while having a comparable impact to yoga.
