A few weeks ago I started doing Ashtanga Yoga 1 evening a week.
I require suggestions for a 2nd activity.
If that also goes well I will consider a 3rd.

Walking is a good healthy activity. It's inexpensive, too!
I'm a little teapot, short and stout. Here is my handle and here is my spout. Every time I steam up, I give a shout. Just tip me over and pour me out.
