As far as every diet/nutrition/anything book or show I've ever seen.. the seafood section is almost always 100% open to people with health concerns. It's like your free-reign section.

Actually, you gotta watch out for shellfish (shrimp, oysters, scallops, etc). Elimination diets, diets used to help discover food allergies, exclude them in the early stages.

Although yeah, fish-fish generally gets a universal thumbs up. Even salmon, the fattiest of the fishes, has insane amounts of omega 3s rich in EPA and DHA, which has like 1,000,000 medical benefits. If Jesus were a fatty acid, he'd definitely be EPA and/or DHA.

second wave beach season soon.
i need to debloat. four types of
green leafy veggies only for about
3 days? thighs and butt. need more
sun to shine through.

Does that work?

yes. but depending on what your current diet is like,
people who haven't restricted their food combining
i'd say to ease into it. because your body will just
purge out toxins so rapidly and you'll just feel icky.

and the best way to take it is to blend it. your body
absorbs nutrients better that way, kinda like
prechewed food.

the more simple your foods are, the easier it is for
your body to breakdown. and if you eat the same
thing over and over, your body doesn't have to
recalibrate each time (same idea as jock's diet)

but it's important to rotate your greens to avoid
alkaloid buildup but this is if you consume a lot for
long periods, typically i eat about 1lb of veggies a
day

it makes shitting fantastic. so easy. pootpoot.
and is great for your skin.

Thanks again for the link to this site! I have never felt as good as I have over the last several weeks. It is amazing at what tracking nutrition can do for a person's healthy eating habits.

By the way, if anyone using Calorie Count wants to be "friends" on there, I am aquarelle99 on that site. It might be another way to stay accountable. ;)
