    Default Lets go running!

Run with me, run for me, run for YOU! I love running. I love stretching before I run, I love showering after I run, and I love prodding blisters.

What do you think about running?

    I LOVE IT.
Seriously, I cannot get enough. Unfortunately, my illiotibial band is giving me hell for running on uneven terrain so often, so it's been something of a struggle (a very, very frustrating one) to be able to run as often as I'd like.

I don't like running. But I like walking really fast. I get my stretching, showering and blister prodding fix from that.

I like running. From March-October, always prepared for right after work.

Love it, I wish I can do it more often without black spots appearing everywhere.
I tend to have to take it easy. Run for a few minutes, slowly jog or walk quickly for another few, repeat. I love it. Its such a rush.
Sometimes I dream about running, I wake up, and go out to do it.

Sometimes, I forget. But I always pay for it. Life is balance.

My favourite part after any exercise is stretching.

I don't like how running feels on my knees. I'm a pretty good cyclist so I have great endurance, thus when I go running I tend to overdo it...(15-20 kms), which makes my joints unhappy.
