anyone experience this. I'm thinking it might be where i have the seat. but its a shooting pain like i have to grit my teeth hard so than my jaw hurts aswell and sometimes i just scream because oddly enough that brings a small amount of relief. and it has to do with driving long distances city driving i don't have this problem.

It's because you're not used to straining your muscles in that static way.
You probably need to work out.

I'm not in the medical field but wonder if it's a form of sciatica. If it is, check the positioning of your seat, ensure that your back is properly supported and take a few more short walk-around breaks.

Get a car with cruise control or find a way for you to rest your leg on the pedal without flooring it.

It just has to do with lifting your leg up slightly on the pedal.

Than either find a way to position your leg better or deal with the pain. ;)

Probably just cramps from being in the same position too long. Stop more often and walk around, every hour or so, or even half hour if it's bad. And get some exercise that works out your legs for good measure.
