You and me both, although i stopped drinking alcohol a while back and bought a car which = much less excercise and lots of weight gain!

Edit: For Tewt
I'd recommend eating food's like Pasta...high in carbs but not in fat, have it with a spinach and cream/ricotta sauce. Eat food with high carbs and lots of fresh fruit and veg and fish, definately need to have some fat in there too...
Nice big salads with avocado and nuts and olive oil dressings.
Sandwiches with wholemeal/wholegrain bread, real butter cheese and salad.
Definately not fast foods or body building drinks, that stuff is rotten.

Stop drinking.

It's not only about working out.
It's not only about eating more or less.
It's not only about eating right.

My suggestion to you is that you focus on your oral fixation. Stop drinking (Water/Soda/Tea).

By the way.

1.) When you stop drinking (Water/Soda/Tea), you are going to want to eat more.
2.) When you eat more, you are going to get a lot of extra energy.
3.) Use that extra energy on working out. (Don't have to be much. You don't need a gym card. Just go for a short jog.)

Uh what? I think I drink a normal amount of fluids, I don't want to be dehydrated.

I think it means alcohol, I'm just as confused. mostly cuz its being presumptious and omg so can't say but want to.than again it also said cigarettes aren't addictive so it could be talking about water.
