also i have a high metabolism, and never have gotten really sick, nor broken a bone, or needed surgery of any kind (except wisdom teeth)
You and me both, although i stopped drinking alcohol a while back and bought a car which = much less excercise and lots of weight gain!

I'd recommend eating food's like Pasta...high in carbs but not in fat, have it with a spinach and cream/ricotta sauce. Eat food with high carbs and lots of fresh fruit and veg and fish, definately need to have some fat in there too...
Nice big salads with avocado and nuts and olive oil dressings.
Sandwiches with wholemeal/wholegrain bread, real butter cheese and salad.
Definately not fast foods or body building drinks, that stuff is rotten.
