    There are no buses here.

hmm... wandering public areas perhaps? If you don't take the attitude that something is exercize it's often more enjoyable... just like if you forget that broccoli is healthy it tastes better

Broccoli is gross not matter what you think. I prefer spinach when it comes down to it. Spinach in lots of egg.

    *shudders* eggs... giant cells

broccoli though and this is coming from someone who doesn't like most cooked vegetables! Spinach is nice with ricotta as a filling for calzones and such... or uncooked as a salad

But we're not here to discuss food, no matter how much I like it, we're here to discuss exercise.

But I usually hate doing research and avoid it whenever possible.

In fact, I think it would be more accurate to say that I hate writing. I do it as a punishment for having ideas.

oooh... if you were anywhere around here I'd show you how to have FUN with life!

I usually find few things more relaxing than just walking somewhere away from people... it's a chance to shut off the mind and enjoy the surroundings, and something about the motion of walking slows my mind down some and allows me to enjoy existance more

It's 97 degrees with 100% humidity in the evenings, and my heart rate goes up to 180 with just walking indoors.

Is there anything gentler on your body than walking?
