thank you. You know, I could kiss you.
Ya know, I've really been torn on what to think about you. Whether to take your ramblings seriously or if this is just some strange attention seeking method. After these last few posts from you (and others spattered throughout this forum), I have but one thing left to say...

I'm done with this thread. Its obvious this is either a joke or you're just not ready to truly help yourself. If your posts have been serious, I hope you find the help you need someday. If this has all been an attention whoring scheme, then...Well played OP.

I've been trying to get help.

My therapist makes me feel like an idiot, though. I kind of have a feeling that's counter productive.

Maybe exercise is just bad for me. This is the only year I've actually tried, and I've just had infection after infection.

Well, you are an idiot. Nobody will solve your problems instead of you, and you seem to reject every help you get. You really don't have any other choice than either 1) staying a lazy fat fuck 2) keep working no matter how hard it is. If you have mental problems and they seem to stay, change therapists or ask for medication. If you have other health problems, consult a specialist and keep following whatever he has to say.

It all comes down to this, thread concluded. End of story.

No, you see, all of my problems are really simple and I'm a fucking moron for struggling with them. That's what she says.

I need to ignore all my physical problems, they're just from stress, if I ignore them they'll go away... Or take more ibuprofen, that'll fix everything...

It is clear that you're magnifying your problems to have an excuse for not solving them.
Then again, why are we still here? You already know everything we could possibly tell you, so what now? Either take a step or continue brooding over nothing, but I can assure you, nobody will really care. Be strong or continue being a weakling, whatever. In the end, you're all alone.

I've lost 51 pounds at the age of 17 without any support from my environment. Before that, I was just like you. Now I'm 20, and my life has completely changed in every concievable way. After three years of reconsidering my behavior, working out, socializing, learning relaxation techniques, discovering myself and my style and revising everything possible about myself and my looks, I became strong, confident and attractive. There are absolutely no (visible) clues of my former self, and I keep working on the inner issues.

I'm not saying I know exactly how you feel, but it's nowhere near impossible to change. I think you should whine less and work more.

I think if i lost 51 lbs I would be considered underweight.

People do not consider you to have valid issues unless you have the proper BMI. So this is my goal. Lose 10 lbs, become credible.

I'm not saying you have to lose that much, I'm saying you have to keep trying, and I don't see the spirit in your posts.
You're fighting as if you had already lost.

I do agree on the credibility though.

I have never been a spirited person.

Even as I complete anything worthwhile, there's no spirit under it. I've always been rather lifeless. Cheerleadering and ferocity is against my nature. I've never found the spiritedness part very important.

And here you are right in the middle of a serious crisis.
There might be a connection somewhere, don't you think? Take control, there's nothing you can't change.

I don't need spiritedness.

It's only exciting if you win when you've given up. If you think you'll win you'll just lose.

Wow, you know exactly what you need and what you don't need.
Why the topic?

What you need is a life, but you continue being a whiney asshat. Keep up the good work.

Also, this thread has lost its purpose and needs to be closed or removed from 'Health and Fitness' since frankly, it is not and has never been about health and fitness.

I'll be at the doctor's on Friday, but I don't know what to say to him.

Probably nothing, because I'll be on xanax.

But on the bright side, all I've had today is an orange!

See, I can be strong!

*tries to make strong face*
