    I've also started going for runs before work recently. It's really not so bad, and it's easy to wake up, because the sun's up in the summertime.

    I love the summertime... especially the sunshine and the green everything and the birds and such

    bicycling can also be fun... I tend to duck through sprinkler systems while riding a bicycle as well... AND the wind has a cooling effect!

    plus, you can get them for quite cheap on craigslist (mine was $10!)
