Today I incorporated more feminine reps into my session (leg lifts, arm lifts, bicycle sit-ups, torso exercises).

1,030 + 320 = 1,350

Since May 1 I've done 60 sit-ups. I can't do full-on pull-ups. I doing pull ups at the assisted weight machines counts - I've done 40 of those. :p

I've just done 60 situps, and 20 pushups.
