It's going to be very difficult to reach 100,000 reps in one year without the aid of other participants. But perhaps if your bicycle has a calorie counter that could be counted toward the total.

2. Nono i mean bicycles the ab exercise on your back where you spin your legs and touch alternating elbows and knees. I think I will be a big help ;D As a frame of reference I can do about 25 situps before I cant raise up all the way; similarly I can do about 50 bicycles before my abs fail. I've heard bicycles are a more efficient exercise for targeting both the abs and obliques.

You could probably make it to 100,000 on your own then, if not 1,000,000.

4. I'll count 2x bicycles as 1 situp (LRLR = 1). I work out a lot so lets see how much I get today; I've never counted before .
Day 1, March 21st 2012 (290 Personal).

290 + 30,536 = 30,826

5. Day 2, March 22nd 2012.

230 Pushups + 160 Situps = 390 Daily

390 + 290 = 680 Personal Reps.

390 + 30,826 = 31,216 Group Reps.

230 pushups? You must weigh something like 120 lbs?

About 160. I dont do them all at once . I also do all my pushups with legs elevated at least 2 feet and knuckles on the ground.

Day 3, March 23nd 2012.

320 Pushups + 210 Situps = 530 Daily

530 + 680 = 1210 Personal Reps.

530 + 31,216 = 31,746 Group Reps.

8. Day 4, March 24th 2012. (Cardio Day)

90 Pushups + 40 = 130 Daily

130 + 1210 = 1340 Personal Reps.

130 + 31,746 = 31,876 Group Reps.

9. Day 5, March 25th 2012.

220 Pushups + 70 Situps = 310 Daily

310 + 1340 = 1650 Personal Reps.

310 + 31,876 = 32,186 Group Reps.

Progress: working on doing pushups in sets of 15 instead of 10; improving form in bicycles for straighter back.

10. Day 6, March 26th 2012.

220 Pushups + 100 Situps = 320 Daily

320 + 1650 = 1970 Personal Reps.

320 + 32,186 = 32,506 Group Reps.
