    Default Cravings

    I just sauteed up a GIANT batch of kale in sea salt, garlic and olive oil and ate the whole. thing. There was a lot of it, and the way I wolfed it down like a crazy woman was almost primal!

    What accounts for sudden weird cravings that don't include Ben & Jerry's?

    Discuss! I'm really interested. Can deficits and mineral depletion really cause your body to tell you to eat something, or is that a wives tale?

    My flatmate made those kale chips a couple months ago...they were surprisingly good as they looked so gross, lol.

    I often crave potato with mass amounts of sesame salt and cider vinegar..... sesame salt is one of the best seasonings in the world
