Default What's on your workout playlist?

    My current one is:

    1. Adios - Rammstein
    2. Psychosocial - Slipknot
    3. The Good Life - Three Days Grace
    4. Time of Dying - Three Days Grace
    5. Break - Three Days Grace
    6. The Blister Exists - Slipknot
    7. Prayer - Disturbed
8 - Life Starts Now - Three Days Grace
    9. Mutter - Rammstein
    10. Pain - Three Days Grace
    11. Angry Chair - Alice in Chains

For some reason, Three Days Grace gets me pumped to run haha. I change up my playlist every so often; I've thrown Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Metallica, and some other bands in there. I try and sort the playlist so it keeps me going when the running starts to destroy me.
The probability that I was procrastinating when I was typing this post:

P(having big assignment due | posting on TypoC) = 0.7

P(posting on TypoC | having big assignment due) = .......

    Eh, I'll finish it later.

Warm up music: Mostly pop. Something happy and exciting.
    Tik Tok - Kesha
    C'mon C'mon - The Von Bondies
    Kesenai Tsumi - FMA

Working out - Rockin' or angry music all the way.
    Rewrite - Fullmetal Alchemist theme
Ready, Steady, Go - Same show's theme
Blow me Away - Breaking Ben.
    Headstrong - Trapt

Cool down music: Mellow soothing stuff.
    Bleed - Cold

I refuse to go through the entire play list. Examples are provided.
Kantgirl: Just say "I'm feminine and I'll punch anyone who says otherwise!"
Halla74: Think your way through the world. Feel your way through life.

Cimarron: maybe Prpl will be your girl-bud
    prplchknz: i don't like it

    Oh! How fun.

    My current one is:

    1. I'll Whip Ya Head Boy

    2. Ludacris - Get Back

    3. Eminem - Lose Yourself

    4. 50 Cent - Wanksta

That's pretty much it, those four songs.

Since I only really run, and do the occasional arm pushes, it's not a very wide spread list.

I can't get enough of those heavy beats!

I don't really have a work out play list, I'm still using CDs, not ipods or computer, to store music. Bands that I typically listen to are Korn, Pendulum, The Prodigy, Machine Head, Peaches, acouple of rock complilation albums I bought years ago, the gorillas, and a others.

It's been several years since I had a workout playlist, back in the days of the first MP3 players, pre-ipod.

More so like to focus my attention on the experience of exercising vs. music now.

But think it's an interesting topic for those who do, I typically like to read play list to see if I can find something new to listen to....that doesn't suck.

Yeah, really. It's more satisfying without music, most of the time.
