Default you know how cigarettes supposedly raise your blood pressure?

well at least for an hour after, what if that hour after you smoke your blood pressure is bordeline normal like between normal and low, does that mean you probably have low blood pressure rest of the time?
    In no likes experiment.

Initially in the stages of smoking, it only spikes your blood pressure during and shortly after and then you're BP should go back down to it's normal/resting levels. In the long run, after you've done a good amount of smoking and it has affected your heart/arteries, there is potential for it to be a BP booster.

What are your levels normally? Where are they after smoking?

Young women often have low blood pressure, normally it is not a problem.

If BP is too low it can lead to feeling faint, or dizzy when getting up from lower positions. Not an issue if you take a moment and your BP rises a bit. Again not really abnormal.

    High BP is more dangerous...

Good luck with coming off the ciggies,

    L

We all know about this but still we are taking this things. this is really our bad habits. i am thinking about e cig because it has no side effect but i don't wanna mix up with this with a regular cigarette. hope all of us who have this bad habit can follow this.
