However, I do thank you for the update. You have the right idea, with perhaps just a bit more information that is really necessary.

Well, I won't be counting the ugly-bumping in the workout category from here on out, but I'm assuming you're alright with level of detail for more, uh, "conventional" workouts...?

I worked out today - lower body 10 minute target video and biking for an hour. (I want to get my endurance up) :D

As long as you continue reporting your progress there isn't any need. This contest quit being about the cheats around the 3rd or 4th week, and became more about the participation. I do think the cheats are a useful deterrent for many of us, so I like to keep track of them.

I think you need a cheat emoticon rather than a * or +.

I've been sticking with evening walks, and longer stuff at the weekend. Just hope I can get through Christmas without too much damage!

Surprisingly, I didn't have very much - if any - soreness from shoveling on Monday. Of course, I did make sure I used the proper breathing technique.

We're expecting a big storm tomorrow... might close down the schools... etc.

I'm a day behind on my P90X this week. I just finished what should have been Monday's workout - Back and Chest, plus the Ab Ripper 200.

My diet has been crap this week and last week. I mean, not complete and utter crap like it was 6 months ago... I'm just not eating enough of the right foods and am taking too many short cuts with protein bars and the like. Hopefully I'll get a chance to work on fixing that this week.

We're expecting a big storm tomorrow... might close down the schools... etc.

I hope you guys make it through alright. I guess if nothing else, you'll get another workout with the driveway. :)
