Stiff and DIZZY. As in, whenever I stretch now, I get dizzy. It doesn't really matter how. I had some free time during work today so I tried to stretch, but then when I went downstairs to meet my boss I felt funny and I must have looked really tired or stoned or something

Sorry! My father just walked into my room calling me lazy and I must have written it!

Oh, well... That must be really annoying. I will try and test myself Sunday when stretching if it makes me dizzy too. Never thought about it before.

You won't feel it. Nobody feels the same sensations I do. I'm just a freak and my experiences are completely alien to the human experience.

Haphazard, are you shadowing? You really come across as being in a stressed state. I don't know you that well, but you seem to have really changed over the past two years. I don't mean that in a mean way.

Basically, the key to exercise is: do what you can. Don't do anything that causes you pain or dizziness. And if you find EVERYTHING causes you pain or dizziness, it is time to see the doctor because that really isn't normal and something is causing it. And if he tells you you are some weird dude(tte) that totally has a weird body and there is no explanation, get a second/third opinion.

It would be a fourth or fifth opinion by now. Or maybe sixth. Seventh, eighth... it doesn't matter, it's all exactly the same. I'm perfectly healthy and perfectly crazy, but apparently not crazy enough to be referred to a specialist.

Shrinks refuse to help and think I should see a doctor and doctors refuse to help and think I should see a shrink.

Obviously, there's nothing wrong with me.

I'm probably just schizophrenic and suffering some delusions, don't mind me.

I didn't mean to offend you - so I hope you didn't take it the wrong way. I'm just a bit worried about you because you sound really down / something I can't quite pin down. Anyway, I still stand by my statement that if everything is hurting so much that you can't exercise (that was what the problem was, right?) then that is definitely something that warrants medical attention. It's not normal to be in constant pain because pain is our body's way of telling us that something is wrong.
