I went ahead and updated the weekly report. Thanks to everyone that replied to my PMs.

For those that are curious, my plans for this week will be 3 workouts. I'll do an abbreviated P90X week. My knee is almost better - about 90% healed, so I'll start back up tomorrow.

No holiday taking for next week - so I'll be aiming for my normal 4 workouts.

Hah! Agreed 100%. At the very least, it'll help keep off some of those extra holiday pounds.

She never told you to stop? Very impressive... posting on the internet while doing shoulder exercises.

Yes, some shoulder exercises are harder than others. I can do 35 pounds with some exercises, while others get me hurting at 15 pounds. That's including the fact that I've been working out for awhile.

Yesterday and two makes two hours of Wii fit play, one to each respectively. It's a really easy system, it's just better than being lazy.. especially today since it's raining so no running. Though, to be honest, it isn't cold.. I could go for a run in the rain and be fine. But i'd rather not run in the rain if I can help it.

No, I meant she never told me to stop doing the exercises for the injury. If I was supposed to keep doing them after it was mostly healed or to just continue.

I'm starting to get a muscle line from my thighs up over my hip bones onto my stomach and even up to my ribcage. I've never had that level of definition before.

    Horizontal crunches ftw.

Ooo.... I used to love running in light rain. For some reason, cold and rain always made me job better.

That is, until I get the sniffles the next day.

Depending on the exercises, you may increase your shoulder strength if you continue.

Nice. You know what else would have helped with the line? A Sharpie.

Did my last work out tonight until my psudo gym re-opens on the 11th... so long away!

I'm thinking about signing up for an obligation free 7 day trial at a local guy and then a 14 day trial at another a little bit further away just so I can keep going, they don't need to know I'm about 99% unlikely to join, do they!

Not at all. I'm glad to hear that you are trying to figure out ways to remain active during the down period. I can't believe they are closed for so long, though! Craziness.

    Good to hear!
Thanks! Also, thanks for updating the thread for me.

It's a pseudo gym, not a fully kitted out one with excess staff. It's about 4 gals running different classes in a shared space with a physiotherapy place, so it's understandable.

Thanks! Also, thanks for updating the thread for me.
    *tips hat* most welcome sir.
