    I thought it might be interesting if we post workouts...

    Post the workout you did today.

    Today

    Deadlift 3 sets of 1 180kg
    Front Squat 6 sets of 3 70kg
    RDL 3X8 100kg
    Pulldown 5X8 80kg
    Hammer Curls 2 sets of 12 15kg

    Bench 110kg 3 singles
    Shoulder BB Press 50kg 5 sets of 8
    Tricep extensions 17.5kg 5 sets of 8

    And some lateral raises and stuff.

    3-4 times/week

    30 min indoor rower
    30 minutes on a stationary training bicycle
    20 minutes on various machines

    Protein recovery drink directly afterwards and food within one hour.

    Bench Press 80kg
    Reverse grip BB row 60kg superset 5 sets of 8

    Hammer grip pull up bw
    BB standing shoulder press 50kg superset 5 sets of 8

    Lying extensions 3x8 17.5
    DB curls 3x8 17.5

    I really didn't want to train today...
    I feel terrible

    deadlift 140kg 8 sets of 3
    pulldowns 90kg maybe 7 sets of 8

    may the training Gods have mercy...

    Ive been trying to do an hour on my stationary bike every day. My legs be tired.

    Give yourself a recovery day here and there. Your legs will thank you for it by growing stronger


    Spring has sprung sporadic spurts of warm temperatures, and daylight savings has blessed me with an extra hour of sunlight.

    Tomorrow will be sunny and in the 70s. I'm looking forward to my first weekday evening ride of the year and finally being able to get off the indoor trainer! Sunset is at 7:20pm - that gives me about 2.5hrs so I'm hoping to cover 45-50 miles before dark.

    Yeah I do take some breaks - sometimes my legs just say "I need a day off"
