I think everybody should agree with that saying in the picture, but even if they do, nobody wants to live by it.

Perhaps some don't agree with the saying for ideological/religious reasons.

Probably a great many religious people would agree with it in terms of always asking themselves, "Is my faith strong enough"?

But no ideological people will agree with it because they know everything, and now its just a matter of removing the naysayers and forcing everybody else to believe the same way.

I understand the lure and temptation of ideology, I felt it myself back when I didn't understand what was happening to me. And even after I came to understand it, the emotional attractiveness of it was hard to be rid of.

But in the long run I was free to concentrate on more important things, when back in the day I thought the ideology was the most important thing.

You think you're saving the world. You're not.

Introspection is difficult. It is far easier to point the finger and say "this is wrong". But looking into the mirror and admitting your own flaws and not rationalize those flaws? That is hard and scary stuff. That means that maybe one might have to point the finger back at oneself. And I agree whole heartedly. The more we know, the more we should know how ignorant we really are.
