Default if you're good at me interpreting dreams help

ok so I'm curious what your take on this dream. I kept slitting my throat and it was bad enough that I should have died and nothing happened except blood got everywhere and I kept getting mad that I wouldn't die because each night I would do the same thing and nothing would happen.

You're feeling worthless with little control of your life where even suicide doesn't work and with the mess, is more hassle than it's worth. Are you really frustrated right now?

As a thought, instead of big changes (as symbolised by suicide), what about trying small incremental improvements? This way, you don't set yourself up to fail.

Then I won't give you any. Please look to whomever has the right to provide advice to you. Just remember to ask the right questions.
