i have no idea.

but i'm a type 7 and being trapped and bored literally feels like cellophane wrapped around my face and any sort of negative feeling almost gets expressed angrily....perhaps because negativity pisses me off. haha

Yeah, I can't handle boredom. It makes me want to cry and throw tantrums. Sometimes, it actually makes me cry and throw tantrums.

This is reminiscent of my favuorite kind of senza

I don't get bored. I have the opposite problem - not enough time to read my books and do the things I want. If I ever feel "boredom," it's almost always because I am "trapped" with someone talking my ear off about nothing. Sort of like being stuck in a Seinfeld episode WITHOUT all the funny stuff. Uggh- torture.

OP- I notice your MBTI is the same as a friend of mine who has always complained of "boredom" here and there. She also would lose patience for scenarios that I might be perfectly content in. Could boredom really be a "stuck" feeling as well- perhaps for an introvert being "over exposed" for a time to extroverts? I know that can be draining. Even for me -- a major E.

I'm ok with boredom when I can just like go off into my own head or something.

What I can't stand is being overwhelmed by boring tasks to do.

People who can't handle boredom are often those who can't handle introspection.

I rarely get bored. Even when nothing stimulates me, my thoughts amuse me.

If I do get bored, I just go on a walk and the blood starts pumping enough to generate something interesting.

People who can't handle boredom. What is their deal?

I'm not saying boredom is great or anything, but for just a little bit of it drive them crazy????

It sounds like whoever you're talking about simply has a conflict of interests with you. Perhaps you're not bored in the situations they find themselves to be bored in.

Some people just embrace inactivity more, while others start to fidget if they experience reoccurring thoughts.

Probably and introversion / extraversion correlation there.

I can handle it as long as I have time to become suicidal. Otherwise it's better if I keep my mind busy.

I'd say I'm seldom bored.

I generally find something to do, no matter what it is.

Even if it's just relaxing and imaginining something. I'm a Law of Attraction practitioner, so this helps lol.. Maybe I'll enter it full-time for pay soon, who knows? lol.
