Their rating system is weird. Who puts philosophy to a vote? Isn't that an oxymoron?

Any good professional/personal development forums? Every single one I've been to is either new-agey or a bunch of jerks trying to one-up each other.

I joined the philosophy forums, its the one out of the three which I'm probably most likely to give a look to.

i have read physics forum few times after getting some topic from the forum as a google result, but not interested enough to join. jedis are lame and i got a philosophy forum in my head

I was already a member of physicsforums. Personally, I find the philosophy forums too full of people wanting to run away from reality into little "logical" bubbles so they can avoid being honest with themselves about what they really want. Jedi forums seems even worse for that
