I like a mixture of diligence and zest.

Much better than sexual attraction, followed by shame and crying.

I don't think it's anger that's satisfying but the feeling of emotions after releasing that pent up energy. There are many forms of pent up energy that need to be released and after a good training session of jiu-jitsu or workout session I feel my sense of calm, happiness and confidence is restored.

Same for me: wonder, awe, amazement. I enjoy seeing something new, having my horizons broadened in unexpected ways. This combines learning, appreciation, and a new perspective relative to the every-day and familiar.

My least satisfying is frustration, confusion, uncertainty. I dislike anger, too, but have better luck controlling and dissipating it so it is less of an issue.

    The Power of Now

In a group we find we specialise in a particular emotion. It's as though we individually express the emotion of the group.

Some are better at one emotion, and others are better at another, but together we are better rounded and stronger than any individual. It's as though the group is a super individual.

For 200,000 years we have lived in such emotional tribes and it is only recently we have discovered the literate individual who is dissociated and able to stand outside their own emotions.

In groups the group emotion overcomes us such as in a lynch mob, or in a congregation, or among the fans in a sports' stadium or a rock concert.

And as we move away from literate individualism to electronic tribalism in the global village, we will lose our individuality in the immediate emotion of the etribe.

We call it the power of now.

"The Power of Now", by Eckhart Tolle is a best seller available now in all good bookstores.

Proud-ness. Not sure if this is an emotion or not. But if someone I know does something correctly and proves they are a trust-worthy individual then I can rarely feel better about life. Knowing not everyone out there is....an unreliable idiot always makes me feel be better.

Least would be irritation - Like a puzzle. Its not challenging. Its right at the tip of my tongue. I just can't think of it. My mind like blocking off something and me challenging it is like the worse thing ever.

Anything I feel like expressing is satisfying to me. I feel bad when not expressing...

Well, I can say what I express more frequently... Wonder, awe and sadness, I guess. Anger while driving in a bad day. xD

Explosive anger. There are few things as satisfying as cutting some inanimate object to shreds, or breaking something.
